Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 3-room house that is 70 square meters and spread over two levels. The house has been partially renovated in 2021 and features practical and rustic furnishings. On the main level, there is a living/dining room with a dining nook and a heating stove, leading out to the garden and terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove with 4 rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine (with DeLonghi capsules), and a dining table. The upper floor, accessible via an open staircase, has one double bedroom and another room with one double bed and one set of bunk beds (suitable for two people). There is also a shower and toilet on this level.

Amenities Included
The house has wood heating, although it may not be available in all rooms. The floors are made of natural stone. Outside, there is a terrace, a large garden, terrace furniture, a barbecue, and four deck chairs. You can enjoy a marvelous panoramic view of the lake, mountains, and valley from the property. Amenities provided include a children's high chair, a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and free WiFi internet access. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and a maximum of one pet/dog is allowed.
