  • Welcome to Les Résidences du Golf.

    In a family-friendly and secure setting (a gated community with a code-operated gate), you can enjoy the heated swimming pool, which is open from 1 July to 31 August. Dates are subject to change... depending on the weather.

    On the ground floor of this lovely 65m² house, you’ll find a spacious living area with a brand-new kitchen, a dining area, a TV lounge with a large corner sofa, and a terrace of around 10m² equipped with garden furniture overlooking the communal areas.
    Separate toilet.

    Upstairs you will find two bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed, and a second bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bunk bed above it.

    Bathroom with bath, toilet and washing machine.

    Ideally situated on the outskirts of the village of Pléneuf Val André, you will be staying in a quiet and secure residence. Recently and tastefully renovated, you will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.

    Other details:
    - Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made upon arrival.
