It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers) and a garden of around 400 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with a TV, a sofa and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bathroom (with shower)
- A separate toilet

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and a 4 m² terrace
- Bedroom 2: with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and a 3 m² terrace
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds
- A shower room (with shower)
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A shared (unheated) swimming pool measuring 10×12 m, open from 1 July to 31 August (opening dates are subject to change). The pool is secured by a gate.

The house is ideally situated in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- Visits to the Emerald Coast (Cap Fréhel, Fort La Latte, Saint-Cast, Dinard…)

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park right in front of the house.
