Plaza Juárez

Very much you get what you pay for. I’m shocked this hotel had as good of reviews as it did which is why I chose it. Yes, location is good but that’s the only good thing about it. Beds were horribly uncomfortable, no light in the room at all I had a hard time doing my makeup, the shower looked run down and dirty. The Staff was just a body there, they weren’t even overly warm or friendly. I would definitely not stay here again.

We stayed at hotel Geneve for six nights. We loved the historic lobby and old world charm of the hotel. The breakfast was great with good service. Our room was spacious and comfortable. All the staff during our stay were attentive and helpful. The hotel is central to most popular sites and very convenient. The bar/lounge serves great drinks and has live music. We had a lovely stay.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff is always very polite and helpful. It is located in the historic district so it’s very busy. But it’s a great place to get out in the evening for a stroll and enjoy the sounds of Mexico City.
