"Loved this hotel! Will stay there again ! The location is great, walking distance to everything. Parking was a little tricky bc the parking garage doors close at 10:00pm, so you have to walk to the front of the parking garage, other than that parking was no problem, the parking garage stairs lead you directly to the front of the hotel! Lots of restaurants and shops close by all walking distance ! Highly recommend!"

"The room was great, clean. Bed - VERY FIRM. Bathroom- Shower is so powerful water leaks all the way out to the room. Elevator- Only the right elevator leads to the lobby, so if the left elevator opens you have to send it to a another floor in order to call the roght one to be able for you to leave. Money safe- it worked great only that is as light as my purse and you can literally walk away with it. The views GREAT. Typical traffic, not to crazy. Walking distance from EVERYTHING. Janitorial staff AMAZING. Gentleman who helped carry our luggage - SUPER AMAZING. The front staff?-- Not so friendly. Not super welcoming. The other staff had better customer service that the front staff. Still okay nice, but as a front desk, better guest services would be more appreciated."
