The room was excellent—Room 802 exceeded my expectations, and I was very happy with my stay. I would like to sincerely thank you for your kindness and attention to detail. I especially appreciate being placed on a higher floor, as I always prefer those rooms and find them the most enjoyable. Thank you again for making my experience so pleasant.

The hotel is brand new and excellent. I had only warm water when I needed it, too sad they could not deliver for some reason. Otherwise all is excellent. Chapulin restaurant also was expensive and did not deliver at the same level.
