"Had an issue working the shower getting the temperature to what i required, not used before. Great service at breakfast."

"Reception staff very helpful but nobody on reception when I was checking out. Some breakdast items cold but chef helpful cooking poached eggs . Carpets did not feel clean in bare feet otherwise room was clean "

Why is the butter with the fresh fruit section and not by the toaster and bread and jams !? Also tea making area very congested and when busy you have to wait a very long time to access the hot water/ coffee machine. "
