"The Condo was very nice and spacius. We enjoyed our time at this location. The condo could use some upgrades loke the appliances, they appeared pretty worn. The beds were comfortable and the view was great. The water situation though it was out of control of the owners was not very good, however once I contacted the owners they advised of the back up system they had in place to help alleviate the lack of water for showers and toilet flushing.We would definitely stay at this location again and recommend it to others. With regards to spending time at the beach I would recommend going elsewhere like Luquillo which is about 20-25 minutes away as the beach area at this location is not very well kept and it's small with lots of rocks so you will need water shoes to enter the water. However if you walk just past the beach area that is directely behind the condo area you will find that area has no rocks in it and allows you to get into the ocean without water shoes. The Owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with any issues that may arrive. If not for the lack of water for several days and the sand on the floors when we arrived I would give this unit 5 stars across the board."

"The host was very responsive to communications. My family and I stayed for 2 weeks and I rank the stay as good primarily due to the age of the condo. Everything is a bit dated. The second item is totally my fault for not reading the details. The A/C costs extra and I was not aware. Again, my fault since it is stated in the details that it's extra. You will need it, and there is no A/C where the pool table is. That did not stop the kids from enjoying. Lastly, the location is good in the sense that the complex is on the beach and primarily only used by people in the complex. However, with the exception of some small grocery stores and gas stations, there is nothing close. Depending on traffic, most things will take at least 45 min -1 hour to get to. You are likely not going to do a lot of popping out for a few hours, going back to the condo, then going back out again. When we stayed we would stay out all day and come back in the afternoon/evening and stay in just due to the time it took to get anywhere. When I go to the island I try to not stay in the metro area just to avoid some of the common tourist traps."
