"This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay in Montezuma. The breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely friendly. We even got an upgrade from a regular room to a balcony and they let us check in a few hours early because the room was ready. Hotel was clean and quiet. We saw a ton of wildlife right outside of our room… monkeys, iguanas, squirrels and a ton of unique birds. The location was perfect allowing you to walk to the beach and the main street where all of the stores and restaurants are. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The headline doesn't lie--it's definitely a million-dollar view! Whatever the time of day, looking out towards the ocean was spectacular. The sunsets were incredible, and the waves were spectacular to watch. It provided the peace and relaxation we were hoping for! A couple of pointers for first-timers to the property:1\. In order to have such a beautiful view in an unpopulated area, the location is remote. Make sure to do as much shopping for food, etc., as you can while on your way out. It takes too much time away from the trip if you don't, because traffic moves SLOWLY. 2\. Hoyt is very responsive. Don't hesitate to reach out to him if there are any issues.3\.
