One of the best features of this villa is its location. It's just a short walk to the beach, where you can soak up the sun and swim in the warm, turquoise waters. It's also within walking distance of 5th Avenue, a bustling shopping and dining district with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops to explore. It is located inside Playacar Phase 2 , a quiet gated community. The villa is at the end of the development, close to the common pool and has ample view of the garden and golf course. The space The villa has 4 levels. The open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen are all located on the ground floor. The living room features a comfortable couch and armchair, a coffee table, and a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. The dining area has a table and chairs that can seat four people, and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware. On the 2d floor, there's a cozy bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is decorated in neutral tones and has a large window that looks out onto the swimming pool.
