A large bathroom with a mix of Cuban-Mexican decoration, on arrival you will have the amenities for the first night (shampoo, soap, toilet paper) In the integral kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils so that you can prepare a delicious meal; (Refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, gas oven, pans, glasses, plates, etc.) that you can enjoy in the colorful table located on the terrace. If you want to find any item in your refrigerator right at your arrival, contact us before your arrival and we will buy it for you. You will find two televisions with cable programming and wifi throughout the department. As for electricity, you have included 5kw per day, if your consumption is higher the cost of extra kw is 4 pesos so that you do not exceed the consumption we ask that when you are out of the apartment turn off the air conditioners and lights. For this we record the meter reading upon arrival and departure. Every three days we make a change of towels and if your stay is more than 7 days, we do a cleaning with change of blanks. The kitchen was minimally equipped. We had to buy a decent pot but there was one good pan. There were very few dishes. We bought place mats as the table had a rough finish. The couch was not too comfortable but we added a spare blanket for padding and then it was adequate. When we arrived the place was full of mosquitoes and Sandro was quick to respond and promptly fixed the broken screen that was the issue. The cleaning service was great, the towels were plentiful and the sheets were replaced once a week. The main problem we had was in relation to the guests next door who were very loud with frequent comings and goings all night long. One of them knocked on our door and was about to enter our suite through the sliding screen door. When we complained, Sandro responded quickly and said that the guests would be leaving in 24 hours. This did not happen and the guests stayed on and made our last four days very uncomfortable. At this point our host just made excuses for them.
