walk to the beach, 15 minutes to the Cozumel Ferry, Roof top palapa, park across the street. This amazing house is set in a quiet, secure gated community. Located in Playa del Carmen in Xcalacoco area of the Mayan Riviera.
It is just short drive to the bustle of downtown Playa Del Carmen. This two bedroom luxury home has 4 air conditioners, and two bedrooms on the main floor.There is also a bathroom with shower, marble countertops . Entrance to the laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience is off the Kitchen. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with gas stove and range, large refrigerator, dishwasher, double sink and a breakfast bar. Just across the street from this home is a large common grassy area for the children to play, a palapa covered facility with BBQ, Bar and bathroom for entertaining large groups. Cable TV, Netflix and Wi-Fi access included.
As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic we have instilled cleaning protocols with our professional cleaning company. We want our guests to feel comfortable that we are doing everything we can to disinfect the property between bookings. Our cleaning service makes use of one time use only personal protection equipment, professional cleaning products and disinfectants to ensure the property is as healthy and risk free as possible.
