"The staff is really kind and helpful! The “two sisters” at the reception, Charlie at the buffet were very nice. The buffet is very good and the hotel is clean and well maintained. The only downside is the spa is not hot (if you pay for premium) and we didn’t really enjoy the pools because we were outside all day during our stay. I wouldn’t recommend to pay for the premium pools in September. It is not worth it while there is no as much people who are staying there at the end of the high season."

"My husband and I had such a wonderful stay here! You would never know there were other guests staying on the property because of how peaceful and quiet it is. The property sits on a mountain with so many beautiful pathways and secluded areas that it feels incredibly private and peaceful. Everything was so well maintained, and the mountain views were absolutely amazing. All of the staff were so kind and welcoming-there wasn't a single worker that wasn't amazing. And the included breakfast was AMAZING. So fresh, with so many options to choose from. Every morning, the staff were so attentive and kind. We would love the opportunity to come back and stay again one day!"

"All areas very clean. Rooms need updating. This is a very good hotel but a few minor alterations could make it excellent. So for example, no mineral water is provided in the rooms except for on the day of arrival. Waiting staff look miserable with the exception of a few who were excellent. The cost of having a safe is expensive 12 euros for a week. Not enough tables outside in the main restaurant. Rooms should have robes and slippers. A few minor points but if these were addressed the hotel would get 5 stars from me instead of 4."

"Vi havde 11 dejlige dage i Capdepera. Huset ligger i et dejligt roligt beboelsesområde. Poolen var skøn og udsigten til bjergene og vandet var smuk. Huset fungerede fint og det var skønt med aircon i alle rum. Både Ralf og Selma var meget hurtige til at svare og hjælpsomme når vi et par gange henvendte hos til dem. Vi vil anbefale at man selv medbringer pool/strandhåndklæder."

"Location was amazing, the main outside living area over looks the sea.The property was great, there was quite a heat wave when we arrived and the portable A/C units had a hard time keeping up. Tip: keep the glass door that gets you to the main house bedrooms CLOSED, and the bedroom doors open, have a fan at the top of those stairs to circulate the A/C during the day. Super close walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants, other beaches and groceries.Pool started to get a little algae on the bottom on the 8th day of our 9day stay. Over all it was a wonderful vacation for my family of 9. We would stay here again. Highly recommend"

They even changed our TV when ours did not work properly, this was done in a very speedy and non intrusive way. The staff are very attentive. Money well spent. We will go back next year!
