"This was the start to my Belize-Guatemala solo birthday trip, and the staff here at Island Magic, made that start a beautiful one! They decorated my room with the balloons, and fake rose petals, spelling out “Happy Birthday” on the bed! Beautiful touch! The room was clean, they provided bottled water. The manager was so nice she gave me a hug on my birthday, and specifically wished me a happy birthday, and upon departure. She was also instrumental in helping me book the Shark Alley snorkeling tour, which I just called dining with the sharks. Lol. There was a brief issue with small ants after the rain, but I reached out, and someone came up promptly (less than 5 mins) to remedy the issue. I loved the chill vibes, and the hammock. The restaurant was great, and the food was delicious! The entire staff at Magic Grill was so nice and helpful. It was suggested to me to order the sambusas, by the waiter, and I LOVED them. I had them a couple times! Don’t hesitate to book your stay here! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Any question I had was answered, when I needed a taxi, they called it. Overall, beautiful experience!"

"It was a very nice short stay. The sister of the brother and sister team was very nice. The brother was a little bothered but reasonably polite. The location is central and right on strip so we had to download a rain app to dilute noise from outside so we could sleep. Eventually the town quieted down but something to consider if you go to bed around 10-12. "

"This unit had a pretty spacious living area with small kitchen. The bedrooms and bathroom were small but served the purpose for my family ( three of us). There was proper AC . The location was great, close to the split and with a beautiful view and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The host was very nice and responsive. They also run a nice cool out spot right across the lane. We stayed over Easter weekend and forgot how noisy it gets with events at the split with super loud music until late. We were ok with a couple nights of that. I want to note that this property is close to residential. I think someone lives below too. The one challenge we "

"This hotel is old and needs updated. Nothing like the pictures in the photo . No elevators and stairs are not manageable especially after a long day of walking around the island. You have to ask for everything including towels. The rooms are dark and cold. No view except to a dirty yard space between buildings. If you are just using it to sleep then this is the hotel for you. It does not feeling like a vacation room on the cayes. Not worth the cost. Very disappointed will never stay here again. "
