The shower had warm water at best, and some extra blankets would be nice for those who like to sleep with AC but still want to be a bit warmer (might sound weird but I think some people will get it). I was on a room near the edge of the property and wifi was very spotty - but in the middle of the hotel it seemed to work great. Easy check in, we arrived a little early and room was super clean and ready. Near water taxi and swimming area (the split). Great food nearby. Mini market store right below the hotel, great for quick grabs. They have everything you need. Very nice staff. I love that there is a store right below the hotel. You check in to your room at the store below. If you have a few hours after checkout, they will hold your luggage for you while you go explore. There is no elevator. I had some issues with the a/cā€”it worked but difficult to control the temp, possibly a battery going dead in the remote. Overall a pretty good stay. ##### Autumn Stayed 5 nights in Feb 2025 ### 8/10 Good #### Petr 14 Feb 2026 Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities Room was clean, shower was warm, amenities was excellent, however I had bad sleeping due incredibly noisy AC unit. That AC unit on room 211 has bad bearing on fan and needs to be replaced. That was only one bad issue but mayor.
