Vacation home "MinaSee" directly on Lake Plau

The 100-square-meter house features three bedrooms with comfortable beds, two bathrooms, a spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, and an open, very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, drip coffee maker, speciality coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, and much more. All bedrooms have insect screens, so you can sleep undisturbed. The patio, with its beautiful lake view, is not visible from the path, ensuring you’ll have privacy while enjoying breakfast or evening barbecues. The patio features comfortable seating, a parasol, a large, high-quality Weber charcoal grill, and lounge chairs. The property is fully fenced, so your four-legged friends can roam freely. It’s about 150 metres to our beach with a sunbathing area. Across from the property is a petting zoo. Bicycles, boats, and canoes are available for rent nearby. Restaurants are within walking distance. The idyllic bike and lakeside path around Lake Plau borders the property on the lake side.<br>Pets are welcome (€11/day/pet, plus a €30 cleaning fee).<br>You’re welcome to bring your own bed linens or rent them from us (€16.50/person). The house was freshly renovated in January 2024 and equipped with new, high-quality furniture, mattresses, and mattress toppers.<br><br>It’s perfect for working from home: high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 1000 Mbit/s) is available free of charge.<br>With the TV in the living room, you can use streaming services through your own account.
