  • Lefteris Holiday Home is in a traditional village just three km from Maleme Beach. It is ideal for those who wish to enjoy their vacations in complete privacy since all areas will be yours to enjoy! Our Holiday Home is also perfect for families since it has everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a lovely swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds. You will most enjoy the tranquillity the balcony offers after a day of exploring our island and the serenity of the surroundings.

    Please note that as of January 1, 2024, all tourist accommodations in Greece must implement a new environmental fee defined as the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee. This fee was established under Article 30 of Law 5073/2023 and replaces the previous Accommodation Tax.
    Guests staying in villas over 80 m2 must pay the fee. Accommodations are responsible for collecting this fee from guests and remitting it directly to the tax authorities.
    The Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is 10 euros per night and must be collected from the guests upon check-in.
