Mazet No. 5 is a small 45m² house full of charm, renovated with great taste. You arrive in the landscaped courtyard with garden furniture and a plancha for grilling evenings.

The house is made up as follows:

A main room with lounge, dining area, very well-equipped American kitchen (fridge, ice machine, oven, kettle, capsule coffee maker, ....)

A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and storage cupboard.

A mezzanine with two 80 cm beds that can be moved closer together.

A shower room with 1 sink.

Separate toilet.



Parking space is available in front of the property for one vehicle.



This lovely Mazet is located in Coriolan, a private, secure residential area, on the road to Grimaud in a 9-hectare wooded park with 2 tennis courts, communal swimming pool, and boules court.

You will spend wonderful holidays in a haven of peace.



Option:

*Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental. If you do not wish to bring your own personal linen, we offer linen rental for the sum of 30 euros per person per week.

A message will be sent to you via the booking site to request linen rental if you wish.



A deposit of €600.00 will be requested from you on a secure card reader on the day of your arrival and released 48 hours after check-out.
