### Superb Manor House with heated Salt Water Pool & 16m outdoor covered terrace.
Fully renovated Manor House of 5,000sqm with 4 large bedrooms with KingSized Beds and 4 ensuite bathrooms. There is also a Library / 5th Bedroom on the ground floor with a double sofa bed. The White Bedroom has a King Sized Bed and the Blue Bedroom a King Sized Bed & Single Sofa Bed. The House can sleep up to 11 People & 1 Baby (with a Cot provided). There is a very large Living Room and Dining Room, Library, Kitchen & Breakfast Room, Utility Room with Washer & Dryer and downstairs Powder Room. In the rear Garden is a 15 X 5 M Heated Salt Water Swimming Pool with a 16M Covered Terrace with an outside Kitchen area, Shower Room and Powder Room. Bedrooms and Living areas have Ceiling Fans.
Our house is located in a charming village with local restaurants, amenities and a beautiful river within walking distance. Nestled in the heart of gentle Gascony in the land of d'Artagnan, the land of good living and eating well, the Gers offers a number of tasty specialties, such as Armagnac , foie gras and confit duck or goose, or Gascon pastis. To these culinary riches is added an important built and cultural heritage, comprising bastides, castelnaux, monuments and museums. The villages of Bassoues, Fourcès and Larressingle , listed on the list of the most beautiful villages in France, the bastides of Cologne and Saint-Clar, the cathedral of Auch and the collegiate church of La Romieu - halts on the paths of Saint-Jacques de Compostela -, the museum of art campanaire of Isle-Jourdain , and the fortified city of Lectoure , are as many places to discover along your journey in Gascony.
We are a 12 minute drive to the neighbouring town of Marciac, famed for the annual Music Festival where many global celebrities play each year.

#### Beautiful place
A beautiful place to stay roughly two minutes from the centre of the charming town of Plaisance. The pool and outside lounge/dining area are large, comfortable and an excellent place to spend sunny days. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are cozy. We comfortably slept 11 people here, and never felt cramped in any of the spaces. The property managers were also fantastic, providing a thorough tour and being available if needed. Highly recommend staying here if staying in Plaisance!

#### Great place, fantastic pool
Price justified : a great place, very well furnished - Asian style - with a fantastic pool if the weather allows. (the pool is indicated as heated, but given the size, don't put your expectations too high). Sufficient sites and activities within 60 minutes drive to keep your family busy for a week or two. A perfect place for high quality holidays, rest and cultural activities. We clearly recommand it.
