For those that want walkability, this is a great location. Can get to Shadyside, Carnegie-Mellon/Schenley Park and North Oakland in under 20 minute walks. The classic architecture of the homes in the neighborhood made the walking journey as fulfilling as the destinations. Great neighborhood restaurants with my fill of Primanti's, perogies, and pizza! ##### scott m. The floors were SO creaky. The AC was struggling the whole time. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated with modern touches. Wish there were some USB charging outlets or options like that for the bedrooms. There were a lot of owners’ items with signage to leave alone, which is totally okay, but does feel less welcoming. The garbage and recycling was a debacle (we stayed over the garbage/recycling pick up time) and the cans along the whole street were emptied by someone, we didn’t see any other bags out even though we bagged as instructed, so you might want to update those instructions? Otherwise the stay was pleasant! ##### Leah A. That didn't happen, so, we booked a hotel room for the second night. Management contacted me the next day to say that we couldn't stay there for the last three nights.
