This apartment is just steps away from several local shops, cafes, and dining options in one of Pittsburgh’s most vibrant neighborhoods. ⭐3 Beds (2 King / 1 Queen) ⭐Twin Rollaway bed + Pack N Play ⭐Free off-street parking ⭐Free in-unit washer/dryer ⭐2 Desks with speedy WiFi ⭐24/7 guest support Please Note: This unit is located on the top floor of a classic walk-up building and you must walk up 4.5 flights of stairs (7-8 half flights- approximately 56 stairs total). There is no elevator, so it may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns, elderly travelers, or families with young children and strollers. That said, it offers a peaceful top-floor retreat with great light and privacy - and most guests say the walk up is absolutely worth it. There’s also a dedicated workspace and access to a private deck that is fully furnished for relaxation. The deck is comfortably furnished with two lounge chairs for relaxing with a cool view from the top floor of the building. First Bathroom: Next to the master bedroom is the first bathroom, showcasing an elegant design with a stylish bowl sink and vanity mirror. The spacious standing shower features a luxurious rainfall showerhead and is fully stocked with essential amenities for your convenience. Along the hallway, you’ll find the in-unit washer and dryer, offering the convenience of fresh laundry at your fingertips during your stay. Second Bedroom: The second bedroom strikes a balance of comfort and functionality. The dining area, located next to the kitchen, comes fully equipped with all the essentials, from utensils to plates. Things to note: Parking: We have one free off-street parking space for this apartment on a nearby parking pad that is a .1 miles walk to the building. Guests are welcome to park on the street instead if they prefer, but we offer this off-street space free of charge for guests. We also offer street parking for additional vehicles as well at no charge. Pets: Pets are welcome for a small fee of $20 per stay. Pittsburgh Furnished Rentals – House Rules & Guest Expectations We’re extremely reasonable hosts — please know that common sense always applies to all of these rules. You never have to worry about excessive checkout chores (there are none), unfair charges, or any intrusion of privacy. We pride ourselves on being some of the kindest and most understanding hosts you’ll ever meet. These guidelines exist only to protect against egregious or disrespectful behavior and to ensure every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and five-star experience. If you’re a respectful guest, you’ll have absolutely no issues with any of this! 🔹QUIET HOURS: (10PM - 8AM) Please be respectful of neighbors and other guests in the building. Keep noise, TV, music, and conversation at a reasonable level during quiet hours. If a noise complaint is received and ignored, a $200 fine per disturbance may apply. 🔹NO PARTIES OR EVENTS Our building enforces a strict no-party policy. Hosting gatherings, bringing in unregistered guests, damaging the unit, or disrupting neighbors may result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal without refund. 🔹NO SMOKING OR VAPING Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit or in common areas. A $500 fine will apply for violation of this rule. 🔹NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS (WITH REASONABLE EXCEPTIONS) We understand that sometimes friends or family may stop by briefly during your stay — that’s totally fine. This rule mainly applies to unauthorized overnight guests or large, unapproved gatherings. Please just send us a quick message if you have visitors and there will be no issue. If a guest hosts unapproved overnight stays, a party, or a disruptive gathering, a $25 fine per unauthorized guest may apply. 🔹NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES Any illegal activity — including but not limited to drug use, possession, distribution, theft, vandalism, fraud, or any other criminal conduct — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund. We cooperate fully with local law enforcement when necessary to protect the safety of our guests, staff, and neighbors. Tampering with smoke detectors, security devices, or access systems also falls under this policy. 🔹GUEST VERIFICATION We reserve the right to request a government-issued photo ID from any guest at any time prior to check-in prior to verify reservations and prevent unauthorized parties or guests. Failure to provide ID, or if the ID does not match the name on the reservation, may result in cancellation at no penalty to the host. 🔹LOCAL BOOKINGS If a reservation is made by someone who lives locally in Pittsburgh, you will be subject to additional screening after booking is made and the reservation may be cancelled if guests do not pass the screening process. This may include asking for copy of photo ID from guests to keep on file and for verification. This is to help prevent parties, unauthorized guests, and smoking from occurring in our properties. 🔹SECURITY DEVICES For safety and compliance, all of our properties have exterior security cameras to help protect our guests, staff, and property. All cameras are located only on the exterior of the property, including entryways, parking areas, and common spaces (if applicable). Significant or unreported damage may result in charges to cover repairs or replacement.
