The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. 4\. We offer a Chore-Free Checkout, and do not ask our guests to clean prior to checking out. However, this does not give permission to leave a mess; cleaning that requires substantially more time than usual due to excessive trash, stains, spills, etc., will be charged to the Guest at $40 per hour. 5\. Late check-outs are not permitted without prior discussion, as our cleaning teams are punctual. If our cleaners arrive before Guest has left, Guest will be charged at $50 in half hour increments. 6\. If Guest has to cancel their trip past the cancellation window deadline, Host will refund Guest any amount Host is able to get for rebooking your dates above the cancellation amount, up to a full refund. 7\. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the property has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate. 8\. The home itself was spotless and meticulously maintained, with a fantastic retro vibe that was exactly as described. It added so much character to the stay! The bathrooms were particularly impressive—clean, well-kept, and the shower was just perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and hassle-free stay.
