Nick’s property was spacious, clean, and has lots of space. Our family of four was very comfortable here. When we came in the house it had a strange odor, the kitchen drawers were opened, the back door had a deadbolt that was broken and unlocked, there was stuff in the closets like a small Christmas tree blankets thrown on the ground and a hole in the wall. Clearly there was someone in there, living/sleeping prior. VRBO and the owner will not refund me and I had to book last minute at a hotel because my daughter was moving into college. It was very scary. Stay away from any rentals that Nick Marchuk owns.
