This beautiful duplex has been freshly renovated and transformed into a cozy home away from home. Everything is brand new and chosen specifically just for you! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You will feel right at home with the warm tones and comfortable furnishings throughout this first floor unit.

Perfect Location for a Great Pittsburgh Stay

This was our second time staying in Frank's beautiful apartment. Perfectly apportioned and comfortable this location is located within walking distance to the East Side's best restaurants, bars, groceries and beautiful green spaces. Frank was once again the best and attentive host. Will definitely stay again when we next travel to Pittsburgh. I highly recommend this cozy "Pittsburgh Delight".

Communication with host was wonderful!! The home was clean and modern. The location was perfect for our travels. Our only concern was that the windows did not fully engage in a locked position. This was a concern considering it is a first floor unit.

Perfect for what we needed

My husband and I and another couple were in town for a conference and this was exactly what we needed. There were a couple issues, but not any that warranted them losing a star. Pros: Great space. Excellent location for walking. The beds were comfortable. The place was cleaned well. Private parking. Cons: The couches aren’t the most comfortable. You will hear the upstairs neighbors walking and talking. The biggest concern is that the front door is unable to be opened. You access the space through the back where there is private parking, which is fine. However, the front door needs to be able to be opened in case of an emergency. It is a major fire safety concern to only have one way in/out of the space and something I hope the host can take care of. I would stay here again. No space is perfect, but it was exactly what we needed for our time in the city and I would recommend it to anyone.
