The rooms were very nice and were clean. The meet the standard I would expect whenever I pick a hotel.

Bathroom floor was sticky. Dirty air conditioner with broken cover. Stains on couch. Dried up droplets coating door and walls as if someone sprayed a bottle of champagne in the room. My son said the pull-out bed was the worst night’s sleep he has ever had. Fruit cup in “continental breakfast” was inedibly disgusting. (But, other than that, how was the play Mrs. Lincoln?)

Not clean floors especially. Smokers loitering outside near entrance. Advertised as Hampton Inn, but certainly was NOT.

Access was difficult because the property cannot be reached from the northbound side of the road without a long detour and a u-turn. Rooms sparse, no microwave and no visitors guide or list of tv channels on the tiny flat screen. Pool closed and fitness room unheated. No hot breakfast just a brown bag with energy bars and fruit cup. Would definitely not recommend.
