Very clean throughout the apartment but the Kitchen has the very bare minimum when it comes to utensils and glassware. Brand new coffee maker in the apartment - just be sure to bring your own ground coffee if you want to make any. Parking was ok. We had to park in the back under a tree due to a car taking up the parking pad. I wouldn't recommend parking on the street. Would stay there again if needed. ##### Jason K.
