The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Very close to many little restaurants and coffee shops and not far from Station Square. I can see where parking may be an issue at times; but we didn't have a problem finding space for 3 vehicles. Easy to get to if you take the 19 Bypass and want to stay away from downtown. Some in my entourage thought the beds were too firm; but the trundle pull-out was perfect for me!
