The location is great, very close to everything. Being walking distance to Acrisure was a great perk for the game. Parking was easy, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly. The home was set up nicely and fit our part of 6 great with lots of room. The beds were a bit too firm for our liking, but adequate for a few nights. First impressions were not good. The place was advertised as non-smoking, but it smelled so bad like smoke, I had an asthma attack within 5 minutes of being inside. I notified the owner immediately and he provided an air cleaner, which unfortunately did not help much. The second major issue is that the air conditioner was broken. It never got below 76 degrees on the second floor during our entire stay. The third floor where 2 of the bedrooms were had to be at least 80 degrees, which made sleeping very difficult. The owner sent someone over to check it out, but they were unable to fix it. The positives are the owner was quick to respond and the neighborhood was close to everything. Just be aware that the home is very old and the floors are very uneven. The sloping floor actually throws your balance off until you get used to it. There is a major low spot as soon as you walk into the living room, so just be careful. ##### Kristy C.
