Delightful Quiet 3 BR 2 bath home in Carnegie
- Welcome manual to 519 6th AVE!
When arriving you can park in the driveway in front on the right half or in the driveway out back :)
Enter through the front door of the house. There is a deadbolt with a keypad - I will give you a code to use on the day before arrival.
When you enter the home you will enter the living room. That floors also has the dining room, kitchen, 2 king bedrooms, laundry room, and full bath. The 2nd floor has another living room with couch bed & king bedroom with full bathroom.
You are welcome to use the WiFi 6THAve
The TVs are equipped with a Roku.
You are more than welcome to use the dishes etc. in the kitchen. There is a coffee maker and coffee supplied but feel free to bring any cream, drinks, or other food you would like to make it feel like home.
The AC/ heat control is in the bedroom off the kitchen and fully adjustable. Closets have extra blankets, fans, and pillows.
Smoking will incur at $300 fine to the guest
