The owners seem nice and attentive, the place seemed clean (other than the mold in the bath tub). I would just like to warn anyone with children or any women staying alone that this area is TERRIBLE. The place inside looks exactly as pictured and was clean. What you don’t get from the listing is that this is part of a duplex and can get noisy with the neighbors above and below you. As well, this is a fairly run down part of the city and we had multiple drivers tell us how unsafe the neighborhood was. It was close to many things by car but a bit outside the actual city. We appreciate Jenna’s accommodations a lot but think a more accurate depiction of area would be best. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Also, there was no cable as listed. ##### Kolby L. It had good on street parking. It was clean and felt comfortable at the apartment.Although the street is fairly quiet, a few of the nights , it was loud next door and got woken in the middle of the night as the walls are fairly thin. There were 5 of us staying the first night and 4 after that.
