Two beautifully renovated apartments in private building completely reserved for your group! Both units combined total 7Bedrooms/4Bathrooms with 7X Queen beds, 1x Double bed, and 2x Full sleeper sofas, comfortably sleeping 16! 5 Car private parking and a wonderful back deck for outdoor space! Great South Side location just a short distance to all attractions Pittsburgh has to offer: It's a wonderful property for traveling business partners who want space, family getaways, and group travelers.  
  
THE SPACE  
Both units combined span \~3,400 SqFt of private building (your rental is the entire building). Private parking via parking pad and attached driveway for up to 5 vehicles. Three living room areas and two kitchens which are fully equipped if you'd like to cook in. Plenty of room for the entire group to spread out and relax with privacy. Detailed layout as follows:  
Unit #1 - 4Bedroom/2Bathrooms:  
1st Floor: Kitchen / Dining / Living room #1 / 3x Bedrooms (Queen in each bedroom) ; 2x Bathrooms ; Full sized sleeper sofa in Living room  
Basement: Bedroom (Queen bed) / 2nd Living Room and kids area / W/D  
  
Unit #2 - 3Bedrooms/2Bathrooms:  
Unit begins on 2nd floor via exterrior stairwell. Once inside it is a single level home. 2x Bedrooms have Queen sized beds ; 1x Bedrooms has a Queen + Full sized beds ; Full sized sleeper sofa in living room  
  
Prime location, close to everything South Side has to offer, restaurants, bars, and shopping; all within easy walking distance. Few blocks from East Carson street for food you will find plenty of options, depending on your needs. Grand Concourse – A high-end restaurant in a former train station known for a stellar (and expensive) brunch service, Doce Taqueria and the Cambod-ican Kitche for easy, tasty, and not that expensive food, but if you want food and drink Piper’s Pub (and the Pub Chip Shop next door) serves up hearty Scottish-tinged pub food and takeaway. Also, spots like the Double Wide Grill and OTB Bicycle Café offer varied menus that cater to vegans, meat eaters and everyone in between. Convenient to all sections of Pittsburgh:

Space was large, comfortable, and reasonably convenient. We could easily walk to restaurants and down to the river trail. The beds were comfy and the showers had pretty good water pressure. The floors have spots that are uneven; this is common in refurbished older houses but all of us tripped at least once.

This property was great for our needs. Dishwasher wasn’t working in one unit, bedding was low quality and smelled dirty. Manager is great communicator and location was fine for what we needed. Great proximity to the convention center.

#### ok duplex on the Southside

The property is listed as a 7 bedroom/4 bath, but it is actually two different units. It was a bit inconvenient for our family to have to go outside and up/down the steps to get to the other unit. The ceilings are extremely low in the upstairs unit. My 6'5 son in law almost his head several times. My daughter bought a swiffer mop to clean the floors because the kids feet were filthy after running around barefoot. The garbage from the previous tenants was not picked up until the day before we checked out. We had garbage and flies there for 4 days. The internet wasn't working, but the owner was quick to get it fixed. The beds were comfortable, but the couches have seen better days. All in all the price was a bit too high.
