This exceptional, luxurious 3 Bedroom/1 Bathroom home located in Pittsburgh’s Morningside neighborhood makes for the perfect visit to the city. This home is part of a walkable neighborhood that puts you close to the city while still enjoying that neighborhood feel. This two-level home includes off-street parking. The home boasts an excellent layout, with living room, formal dining space, well laid out kitchen on the 1st floor and 3 bedrooms all on the 2nd floor. If you have to work from here, there is great Internet and a dedicated office space. Enjoy the deep set, covered front porch rain or shine. This is a pet friendly property! 1 pet maximum. Absolutely no aggressive breeds. Pet fees apply. Security: For the safety or our guests and the protection of the property against criminal activity, all guests understand that, at a minimum, there is a “Blink” security camera type located at the front and rear entrance to monitor access/egress and driveway areas. Security cameras are in use 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Guests should not remove, disturb, modify or damage any part of the onsite security system.
