I recommend the apartment we stayed in. The apartment and amenities were excellent. However, the building and staff were a bit indifferent and had to be coaxed to give any information. They could have been more helpful. The parking was a nightmare. There’s no clear information on how to enter the basement parking, it would help if there was a Google maps location pin to facilitate that for someone who has never been to the city before. That said, the building location and the apartment itself were excellent. My family and I had a very comfortable stay here. Although a bit overpriced, I would go here again.

Check in was not good. The room was not ready on time which caused us to need to change our evening plans. The desk communication was not helpful nor friendly. When inquiring regarding the valet parking, directions from the staff were lacking and we had difficulty locating it. We were also told of on site paid parking however the payment kiosk wasn’t working for us or others. We ended up parking across the street in the greyhound garage. There was a wedding taking place in front of the hotel which we had to walk through during check in and to move our car- I doubt they appreciated that and we felt very bad about “crashing” their party. Checkout information was sent to us after we had left. The property is beautiful and has so much potential and I hope they work out these issues.
