Unfortunately work being done on the street directly in front of house which made it very loud. Lots of steps which were pretty steep, my husband who is getting cancer treatment at UPMC found them difficult. Just a FYI- the outside steps handrail was wobbly. The house was unlocked when we got there and several windows unlocked (not open). Loved the kitchen area and living room. Kitchen supplies readily available. Parking was very difficult- free street parking but it took awhile to find one every time we came back to the house. Back yard was almost completely fenced in except for a couple missing pickets. You should market that more as dog owners always look for that! Lots of beds and sleeping areas. We should have looked for a bedroom in the main floor so my husband didn’t have to climb the steps. Communication was very prompt when we had a question. The house had lots of character but a few things could be fixed to make it even better- there was a hole above the upstairs bathroom. Seemed to be mid installation of toilet paper holders in the bathrooms. Towels and sheets were stained.
