The host communication is excellent. However, renter beware—this rental is located on a block frequented by unsober city dwellers. My husband was propositioned while trying to open the lockbox. Police were quelling a disturbance out front as we were departing. Parking is around the corner—a block or two away from unit. Great spot for adults who don’t mind city activity in a transitional area. Not ideal for a family traveling with children, imo. My fault that I didn’t read for detail to realize with enough time to change plans. Hosts were great. A friend and I both 50 stayed here to go to a Steelers / Seahawks game. We easily walked to the stadium district and into downtown. The building and the area are old at first glance but don’t judge a book by its cover. Would definitely stay here again. ##### Joe H. There is a great coffee shop a few doors down, and it was very easy to get to the hockey arena and baseball stadium. The owner was great about communicating right away, and we had zero problem with parking. Check-in was very easy. We would stay here again. ##### Patrick M.
