The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a combined living, dining, and kitchen area equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen includes standard cookware, a Brita jug, and a single-serve coffee machine. Bathrooms are stocked with clean towels, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We offer easy self-check-in and convenient garage parking across the street for $25/day. Pets are also welcome for $25 per pet. A $85 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition. House Rules: Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, with a $300 fee for violations. Bicycles: Welcome at no extra charge.
If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we offer secure storage with LoxxBoxx at the rear entrance of 100 Smithfield Street. You’ll receive a personal 4-digit code to access both the entrance and your locker.

Both the main access to the building and private rooms work with the access codes that guests receive at the time of check-in. This is a private space. You have the entire apartment to yourself.

I give my guests space but am available when needed. We are available for messaging on the app, and our phone number is on file for emergencies.

If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat nearby (next to our 100 Smithfield building), there are a number of tasty and cheap food options - two Pizza shops, Thai, Indian, Syrian, and Mexican restaurants and a coffee shop. And just in case you forgot something, there is a 24/7 convenience store located across the street.

Get anywhere in Pittsburgh easily by foot or by public transport. It’s just a short walk to:
