"Good location, clean room. Front desk clerk not a good representative of the brand. Before 8 am, breakfast offerings had run out over an hour before breakfast hours. When asked when food would be replenished, desk clerk ( who was eating herself) never looked up from her reading material and simply said, “we ran out”. No sorry, no apology, no gives a damn. She got hers, so who cares. Sounds harsh, but that was the way it came across. Not a way to make anyone want to come back or form brand loyalty."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Walking in, we immediately felt comfortable. The room was perfect for our needs and seemed very clean. Bed was very comfortable. We took advantage of the free breakfast which we enjoyed and loved they had a sort of "mini market" open 24/7 for a quick drink/snack. We would absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again."

"It was clean but had a lingering musty smell. I think the carpets could be updated in the hotel. It was kinda sketchy and there were random camper, commercial truck, and car parked in the back parking lot that looked like people were living in them. We didn’t need to use the door key to get in so I am not sure if the lock was broken or if it always is open to the public. We were only there one night and headed to the airport early so I made sure our door was well locked and slept great. "

"The room was clean and everything worked. The property is close to a train yard but the A/C unit had a setting that kept the fan on constantly which drowned out any noise. The bed was comfy. The shower had great water pressure. I liked having an ice-maker in the room. I arrived late and so the parking lot was pretty full, but I found a spot. I would stay there again."

"This was a perfect spot for my husband and I to have a great getaway In Nashville. The room is just as described in the pictures, cozy, clean. The property close to everything. We will definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you so much! "

"This was the first time I have ever not slept in a hotel that I booked due to it being so dirty. Our bathroom light did not work, hotel smelled horrible, room was dirty. Left immediately."
