Wow, this was a great place to stay. Even though their facility/ lobby was under construction, they had a well planned layout/flow for clients. Elevator was the staff elevator but we never had to wait even though we were on the 8th floor. The room was great. All 8 floors are remodeled just lobby and pool left. Shower was outstanding & bedcould not have been better. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay great.

It was under construction. No breakfast service except a frozen grab and go box. Lobby under construction so no easy entrance. Elevators not working so had to use the service elevator. The rooms had been recently updated and were nice but very small and already had some fixtures not working. The deadbolt on our room did not work.

1.) Expedia should make it more obvious when you're booking a hotel under renovations. I had to dig deep into the details on the hotel AFTER I checked in because I thought I was misinformed. 2.) hotel is under renovation. Poor signage for where to enter and they seem minimally staffed to help people. Person checking us in seemed overwhelmed and short of any assistance from anybody. 3.) you have to use the service elevator to get to your rooms. It took us up 3 floors very shakily (we were headed to floor 7) then headed back to floor 1 to pickup a person. Then we headed back to 3 shaky floors then up normally all the way 4.) you exit the service elevator to a service hallway with poor signage directing you where to go. 5.) the renovated rooms are nice and clean 6.) walls seem thin. I can hear the movie next door without an issue. Very action packed. Sounds like a good movie.
