The condo is within easy walking distance to shops, wonderful restaurants, and all downtown Pismo has to offer. This home-away-from-home features a furnished private patio, BBQ, contemporary furnishings in the living and dining areas, a well-appointed kitchen and parking for two cars. Additional street parking is available for oversized vehicles. The living room has a sofa, occasional chairs, coffee table, games, books, and a 42" flat-screen TV. The dining room has a table that seats up to six just off off the private patio. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, countertop microwave and plenty of cabinet and counter space for preparing your meals. Step out and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the private furnished patio including a large table, umbrella, bench, and barbeque. Whether you surf or would like to watch some of the best surfing talents in action, this property may be just for you. Surfing lessons and equipment rentals are available nearby if you want to give it a whirl. There is a private entrance to the side yard of this condo, making it easy to stash your surfboard and rinse off. You can walk for miles along the water's edge to watch a beautiful sunrise or sunset with an incredible backdrop of the coastal hills. If you are a wine lover or want to try out some of our local wines, there are a host of vineyards, tasting rooms and wine tours for your enjoyment. Local water sports include coastal kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, ocean fishing right off the pier. And if hiking and witnessing one of the most beautiful views in the world are of interest, just up the road is the new Pismo Preserve, which offers over 11 miles of trails traversing serene oak woodlands and coastal ridgelines with stunning panoramic vistas of the Pacific Ocean. A coin-operated full-sized washer and dryer are located on the property, and a bike rack sits just outside your door. The gated side yard is designed to accommodate your sand toys and provides a private entrance to the back yard - making it easy to hose off those sandy feet before entering. If it turns out that you are a group of more than six, or you need a bit more space, the studio unit with queen bed and full kitchen next door is also available and will accommodate another couple. We even made waffles thanks to the stocked waffle maker. We love Brads and MO's the food was great! Really is just step from the beach. The location was great and the parking great too. You can walk to everything. I am taking the time to write a review to reflect back that for the price paid I expected a notch above on a couple details. 1) Please provide beach chairs, and other beach necessities. 2) Please provide creamer for the coffee. When a guest arrives late, we can't get to the store for basics. 3) Flashlights for power outages. 4) The TV was very confusing to power on. Thank you in general. This property was one of our best yet through VRBO. Property management was responsive and very helpful. The property was exceptionally clean and very well stocked. About a minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The back patio with the grill was and added plus. Would definitely stay here again! ##### Erica H. Very clean and provided with abundant towels. Kitchen are stocked with needed items. There was a little “hiccup” in communication prior to arrival. You should call them directly instead of contact through vbro chat. LOVE the fact that they have dedicated parking spaces for the place! When we first walked in we were immediately aware that the property was definitely clean (smelled amazing!) which made me at ease!!!! The property is in the best location. We were able to walk back from the beach within minutes and having the young kids it was great for bathroom trips! Close to shops and dining. The kids didn’t want to leave. We had a great time. Only thing I’d be concerned about is in the hotter months not having air conditioning. ##### Melanie L. Easy walk to the beach and downtown. Also easy access to other beach towns and wine country. The place was clean and functional for two adults and an infant.
