8/10 Very good! (929 reviews)
This hotel is conveniently located and a short walk to the Duomo Cathedral and shopping. The staff was very professional and helpful in answering questions. We enjoyed the daily breakfast to start our day.
The only thing I didn't like was that it is a very old hotel with dated decor, and our room had a tiny bathroom! We couldn't even open the door all the way!!!

"The room we stayed in had significant moisture issues, with paint peeling off the walls and what appeared to be possible mold growth. This was concerning, particularly from a health and safety standpoint."
