Pirrama Park

Very neat and tidy hotel in a awesome location. Comfy beds. Nice hot shower. Very helpful staff. Located across the road from the QVB and 1 minute walk to trains or light rail. Close to many great restaurants and shops.

The room temperature was cold the water never got warm and the shower was tepid so I only had one. No plug in my sink when I arrived.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room we were allocated was not what we had booked and didn’t match the photos shown when we made the reservation. The hotel also had ongoing issues with the lifts, with only one of the two lifts operated throughout the weekend. At check in we were told to expect waits of between 5-15 minutes during busy periods. The room itself was quite dated and in need of maintenance. The paintwork was tired, and the overall condition suggested it hasn’t been refurbished for some time. Overall, while the location and staff were good the accommodation did not meet our expectations or reflect what was advertised. We hope the hotel invests in updating the rooms and improving maintenance, as it has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.
