O quarto estava empoeirado, o banheiro molhado, a piscina dentro do quarto muito suja e o aquecedor não funcionava. Além disso, o café da manhã era muito fraco e de baixa qualidade. Considerando o valor elevado da diária, a experiência não valeu o preço. Eu e minha esposa ficamos muito decepcionados.

O lugar é super agradável, no entanto tenho algumas observações quando ao início que fiz que é um chalé no entanto ao chegar no local me deparei com um contanier e por mais que eles já tenham identificado esse erro no anúncio não fazem nada, quanto ao contanier o ar condicionado fica pingando na cama a luz do banheiro não funciona e precisa de algumas melhorias relacionada a infiltração

Qual não foi a minha surpresa quando me deram um quarto no container, e eu havia reservado uma das casas. Acomodação horrível, café da manhã ruim, atendimento precário, a mesma moça, com boa vontade, que te recebe, é que limpa a pousada, que faz tudo. O local precisa melhorar muito.

Primeiro fomos acomodados no container. Ele tem cama, armario , geladeira ar condicionado, banheiro pequeno. Tem uma tv, bancada e um.banco da para colocar tudo no armario. Tem um espaco bom. Mas como estava com 2 lampadas piscando muito nos colocaram no chale . Esse era bem espacoso com 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro. Gostamos bastante do local uma area verde bem ampla. Piscina . A pousada e bem afastada do Centro mas estavamos de carro e isso nao foi problema.

Achei tudo tão bom, desde o aconchego, o atendimento, o quarto, banheiro limpinho, roupas de cama cheirosa, café da manhã ótimo. E o atendimento da Camila, ainda melhor. Piscina aquecida, lugar muito arborizado, quem gosta de tranquilidade e sossego, essa pousada é uma ótima opção.

Local perfeito para descanso, muito organizado, limpo, cuidado. Café da manhã de qualidade ótima. Fácil acesso ao local. Precisa somente melhorar o aquecedor da piscina privativa do chalé master, ela não aquece a piscina, ficando inviável o uso. Pagamos por esse motivo e não conseguimos usar pois a água não esquenta. Aconselho pagarem o chalé sem a piscina. Dinheiro jogado no lixo.

Uma pousada muito aconchegante

Lugar lindo! Pousada aconchegante, piscina de tamanho razoável e, mesmo com chuva, a água não estava fria demais. O quarto é muito espaço com uma cama bem grande e macia. O café da manhã estava razoável e o atendimento que recebemos na estadia foi muito bom e atencioso. Recomendo!

PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA

Fiz uma reserva onde o anúncio era de um chalé básico. Com fotos de um chalé normal. Porém, quando chegue a pousada, fomos acomodados em um contêiner. Só que em nenhum momento, dentro dos dados da reserva, fui informada que seria hospedada em um contêiner! Em nenhuma foto ou algo do tipo, ou seja, PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA!! Ao questionar o atendente Douglas, o único responsável que estava na pousada no momento, disse que entraria em contato com o responsável, depois de um tempo, ele voltou dizendo que era aquele quarto mesmo! Com a cidade lotada por conta de um feriado, tive que ficar em um container, com goteiras em cima da pia, vaso sanitário solto, banheiro extremamente sujo, nem o lixo do cliente anterior foi retirado!! Um completo absurdo!
