"The Langham is a stunning hotel and all the staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. Wonderful beds and incredibly quiet rooms, which I really appreciated. The pool is gorgeous and a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. My only quibble was the breakfast, which I found very overpriced."

"My only issue was that one day one of the 3 elevators was out of commission, making access difficult during high traffic periods of the day. For example, the morning of checkout, I carried my bag down the stairs rather than waiting for numerous elevators that were already full. Fortunately, I was only on the 5th floor. That said, the location is excellent being within walking distance of many of Westminster’s famous tourist attractions."

"Compact single room perfect for solo traveller. Room very clean and mostly quiet (neighbour allowing adjacent door to slam a minor annoyance especially very late at night). Shower excellent and bathroom very clean and well maintained. Access very easy and luggage store appreciated (there is a room in addition to the lockers)."

"An easy place to stay for someone older and interested in seeing the British Museum that is across Russel Square from the hotel. I enjoyed the variety of the buffet breakfast. Staff were helpful. My room with a double bed was small, tucked over what I can only describe as the industrial alley of the hotel. No traffic noise but white noise coming from what might be the air filtration system. No great view except the alley and noisy during the day as there were work men making repairs to the building in the area, alley, outside the windows which are old, single paned, and let in the noise. The windows can be opened. I like white noise. The room was adequate, clean, the service good, and hotel very well located."
