Rooms were clean. No fitness room, average outdoor pool, no hot tub. There is an adjacent bar/grill and you can get limited food ordered at window next to pool. Coffee is available in the morning by the front desk. Bath towels seemed to be in short supply as we had to request fresh bath towels two days as we did not receive new ones. Staff though are very friendly and they quickly try to handle any requests. Conveniently located near airport, between Sarasota and Bradenton and plenty of free parking. Overall it was Ok but I would not call it a resort.
