From the living room, two stair cases lead you to opposite sides of the home, where lofts with either a queen or a full sized bed await. Back on the main floor, our galley-style kitchen offers everything you need to make your morning coffee or simple evening meal. Slide back the barn-style door to find the bathroom with a rain shower and full sized toilet. Beyond the kitchen is the cute sitting area/living room. The Space: Enjoy your own tiny house while on vacation. The house is located in a tiny house park. Each house is equipped with a kitchenette, full bath and outdoor patio. You can also use our community center to hang out and play billiards or darts. Behind the community center, there is a large deck with lots of seating, fire pits, bar area and outdoor showers. Pets are welcome for a $50 fee. Guest Access: Self check-in at 3pm. Door code is emailed and texted 11am the day of arrival and activates at 3pm check-in time. The Neighborhood: Located right across the South bridge from Siesta Key. We are about a mile walk to beach access 12 and a 7 minute drive to the public beach area. Getting Around: While a car is convenient, you can get around without a car. Bike rentals are available on the key. You can also use Frog Hop to get to the beach and Siesta Key Village. Other Things to Note: Tiny houses have smaller water tanks than a normal house. We suggest taking short showers if your group plans to shower one after the other. The actual tiny house was amazing it has a great location just mintures away from the beach and actual siesta key. The other tiny houses on site were super cute. The tiny aqua house had great space and everything was placed just right. We really had a great time. It is actually tucked away closer to some local eateries, the grocery store and we enjoyed living like locals from the ocean. The lodging was perfect for my teenager and I and it would suit any couple. Although I wished I had rented a car for other reasons, we biked to the beaches and avoided beach traffic.
