The beds were nice and soft, Wi-Fi worked well. Nice to have USB sockets and plenty of other sockets as well. I didn’t use the restaurant butcher hot ice from the bar a couple of times. There was a hot water pot and instant coffee in the room.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was on our second day the water suddenly didn’t work in our room and was off for a while. Toilet, sink everything. But they had it back up and running within an hour or two. It’s a great location very close to the Keleti train station. Lobby is beautiful and modern and plenty of lifts. We didn’t do the breakfast because I thought 18 eurosa person was a bit steep and there’s lots of other options close by. But I would highly recommend it if you’re passing through or just need to place in Budapest to use as a base being that the Metro and train station are right across the street."
