"This place is alright. Staff took forever to check me in. No free breakfast or parking despite it not being in that dense of an area. Close to DC and Baltimore. Nice free cucumber lemon water and beds were comfy. Good clean place if you’re just passing thru."

"The experience was overall average. The room was generally clean and the location was convenient, but there were a few issues that stood out. The ironing board in my room was broken, and I left a note for the cleaning staff to make them aware of it. The front desk staff were polite enough, but they did not seem especially well trained and appeared to have limited resources available to help guests efficiently. Nothing during the stay was terrible, but nothing really stood out as exceptional either. With some improvements to maintenance and staff support, the hotel could provide a much better guest experience."

"no valet staff to park cars and a 25/day charge to self park/ front desk did not inform about any "extras" that might be available and more importantly what was not. such as no coffee in the morning/ instead you had to go into the bar/dining facility and pay for a cup of coffee/ did not inform that after a certain hour the front door was locked and a key card was necessary. overall ok but not great communication"

"The hotel was disgusted. It has not been updated in decades, wallpaper, hang off, taped up with tape plaster on the wall the rooms I would never step barefoot on the rugs stains on the rugs crayon markings all over the wall, black mold in the bathroom, the door of the room was stripped. "

"The staff were very helpful & pleasant. I had the insurance and could easily refund one night since my trip was cut short by one day. And the staff immediately took care of it and with good manners. The rooms have coffee maker, coffee, ice bin, hot and cold cups, ironing board and an iron, hanging rack and plenty of hangers, my room did not have a closet, it had small refrigerator (not very cold) but my food didn’t go bad overnight; microwave (I didn’t use). The shower gel is very small so bring your own soap or maybe get more at the desk. There was a blow dryer however I didn’t use it to know if it was working or not.view isn’t that great, so don’t keep your hopes up. The top corner of the curtain in my room was ripped which made it look unpleasant . The hotel itself, could use some update and fresh paint on the walls would be great. However, there was nice artwork on the walls yet the overall look was old and something was missing. There was complementary coffee in the lobby which was a plus. Overall, I would’ve enjoyed it more if it looked more updated but it was fine for my needs because I just had to take care of work agenda. I would go back if the atmosphere is better and the lobby looks better. Overall, their room was fine. Please give my thanks to the staff."
