"Very good setting and good ideas/resort layout. When we arrived to check in, reception couldnt find our booking so took longer than expected. We asked about the sunset boat tour at reception but were told this was a third party on the beach who close at 5 so unable to get further info, would be good if the reception staff could provide more information or take bookings as they are advertising it. Food and drink at the hotel are expensive. General buildings and rooms could do with a bit of tidying up in places. Fire alarm panel in the building we were staying in was beeping with a fault most of the night so didnt manage to sleep too well."

"This was a great property in the heart of the Keys. Our family of four, had plenty of room in this house and it had everything we could ask for. It is an hour to Key West, an hour up to Islamorda and close to everything in Marathon. We walked to Lazy Days South, 7 Mile Grill, Castaways (saw mantaee's) for food and even walked over to 7 Mile Bridge to see a sunset.The pool is the highlight of the property. We used it everyday and it was very tough to get my 14 year old out of the pool. The best was enjoying the pool in the late evening, floating and watching the stars above.The house was clean and had everything we needed. We did laundry one, fridge was plenty big enough for a weeks stay (mostly holding left-overs, as we enjoyed all the great restaurants). The A/C was perfect to get our of the July heat & humidity. The outdoor clothes hanger was indispensable to dry our swim suits and beach towels.Jerry was great, constant contact, even popped over at 9pm for a fix. He was there when we arrived and showed us all around the house & property, making us feel instantly welcomed. His recommendations were spot on."
