All Donna Kirk apartment

All Donna Kirk apartment (White Realty, Inc) renters beware sofa bed filled with insect lava,spiders in bedrooms, roaches in kitchen, potentially could have black outs in main areas of all apartments. they tried to accommodate by showing other units to switch all were twice as unclean. Don't let the pictures fool ya.

The condo was nice and clean

The condo was nice and clean but VERY small. The property is nice and right on the water. The grounds are maintained very well. We had an issue with the hot water but it was taken care of the same day. The plumbing is not the greatest, the fact that there was a plunger sitting at the ready should have been a heads up. There was a $300 cleaning fee that was not mentioned until checkout. If I would not have waited so long to book, I would not have stayed.
