ONE MINUTE OFF PARKWAY BUT VERY PEACEFUL, 3RD FLOOR


  • Nestled only a couple of seconds from Pigeon Forge parkway, sits Mountain View Condos. Our complex is small, only four buildings, but big on amenities. Enjoy two pools, one enclosed for those cooler days, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard pad, playground equipment and a walking track. Our 3rd floor unit is decorated with a cabin-ey feel. The first moment you enter you will have no doubt that you are in The Smoky Mountains. From the tree stump dining table to the stylish and comfy king size log beds, each with its own full bathroom.
    This unit has been completely updated. The living room boast a cozy, queen size sofa sleeper, 55" tv, electric fireplace and two relaxing recliners after that long day. The kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking you might desire to do. Enjoy sitting in the rocking chairs on the extra large balcony.

    A trolley stop is a short 3 minute walk. Leconte convention center, The Island, and Ripken Ball Park is only one mile away. The ever popular Dollywood is only 4 miles away.
    For your security, there is a blink camera installed on the front door.

    This is a no smoking unit, no smoking allowed in the unit or on the balcony. This is also a no pet complex, anyone bringing a pet will be asked to vacate the premises and rental money forfeited. No refunds are given due to inclement weather.

We have stayed at Mountain View Condos several times in the past and we loved this unit - perfect location near pools snd playground! Clean, decorated beautifully, comfy beds and loved the rocking chairs on the porch (which faces the woods). This complex is so conveniently located but when you’re there, views are beautiful and it’s peaceful. Owners were wonderful to work with- we will book this one again!

This property was exactly as pictured and all the rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and the master walk in shower was very convenient and spacious. Great location! Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and playground on the grounds. We were within a few minutes of all our favorite Pigeon Forge restaurants and activities/shows.

This was a great property to stay at. It was affordable and in a good location (just before the main strip but near a Dunkin’ Donuts). The amenities were average (pool was small and playground was just okay). The condo was in great shape, clean, and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The stay was great! This condo is in the best location you could hope for if you are wanting to visit Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions. It is extremely convenient and has plenty of restaurants, attractions, grocery stores, etc within minutes of the condo. It was also equipped with everything you need and clean. It was perfect for my family of 5. The only thing I did not love was the bed. It almost felt like a waterbed. It was fine, but it was just a little strange. The master bathroom was really nice and the balcony/patio was really nice and overlooks trees instead of a parking lot.

My wife and I took a short 3 day mini vacation to pigeon forge. The condo was very nice, it was clean and had nice furniture. The main bed was comfortable and the shower was great, plenty of room. The location was perfect. The accommodations were very comfortable. Only negative very thin walls and very noisy neighbors woke us up early everyday.
